The boys are warmed up ready on what was a surprisingly lovely morning at Stocksbridge no wind no rain!! It’s a first
The game begins and Stocksbridge are strong some fantastic tackles from Josh and  Jacob followed by Ciaran and Conor
Line out Callum is lifted high in the air taps the ball to his left but as he falls to the side he’s on the floor after being checked over its confirmed he’s ok
In for a Scrum Stocksbridge drive forward the ball is out great tackles from Robert and Jacob but Stocksbridge are through for a try no conversion 5/0
Great kick from Conor and chased well plenty of tackles follow and then in for another scrum excellent performances from  James and Joseph with their tackles
Great run from Ciaran like gazelle down the field a good catch by Robert who makes a run forward closely followed by Matt showing great support  what’s that noise from the sides lines  “come on Mosborough” squeaks Tony B
In comes Morgan with a lovely tackle but Stocksbridge have a tremendous run, however Reuben is there to take the runner down but Stocksbridge get back up pass out and there’s another try no conversion as it just hits the bar 10/0
Another big run from Conor but he’s tackled down the ball is anyones and Kieran jumps on it
The ball is kicked high and far but Reuben is there to catch it and makes his way up the field passes to Conor who runs down the wing but Stocksbridge are closing in a little kick in the air but he’s taken down
Another line out Stocksbridge have it but in comes a great tackle from Sam V
More brilliant tackles from Jacob with the support from Josh James and Sam R
Half time
The boys are back but look defeated a few encouraging words from the crowd this a good game of rugby. Some lovely passes Reuben to Kian to Joel. Conor blasts it up the field and it’s well chased Joel makes a smashing tackle
Stocksbridge are dominant and take control again but Joel flies down the wing and tackles into touch. Again Stocksbridge take the lead and make a run back into Mosborough territory but Bailey has other ideas and with the look of venom in his eyes takes out the biggest player on the field 👌🏻
Great drive from Alfie supported by Benny a hard tackle from James but Stocksbridge take over and blast down the field for another try and a faultless conversion 17/0
More great rugby but Stocksbridge are on form and bang another try 22/0
Josh Reuben and James make the perfect team to take out a power player of Stocksbridge and with some perseverance get him to the floor the ball is now with Rodine who has a massive run forward but he’s taken out by a Stocksbridge pack! Then along comes Callum to take the ball back
Stocksbridge are strong and break through Mosborough defence for yet another try and conversion 29/0
In for a scrum and a huge strong drive from Stocksbridge to win the ball and another try 34/0
Back in play the ball is passed between Mosborough players into the waiting hands of Jack who makes a cracking sneaky offload to Callum who makes a good run forward but it’s too late the end is here .......
Final score 34/0 Stocksbridge....the weather conditions were clearly not in Mosborough favour today it obviously rattled the boys they are not used to playing at Stocksbridge without wind, rain and hail .... the sun was shining.....however despite the score some wonderful rugby was played heads up and think about next week now boys 👌🏻🏉
