NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Mosborough Rugby Union Football Club (Registered Charity No. 1184188)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Mosborough Rugby union Football Club will be held at Mosborough Miners Welfare Club, Station Road, Mosborough, S20 5AD at 7pm on the 21 July 2021 to transact the following business:

AGENDA

1. Minutes of the previous meeting As this is the first AGM of the Charities existence and therefore there are no previous minutes to be agreed.
2. Reports and accounts To receive and consider the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020.
3. Appointment of charity trustees

To re-appoint John Staton for a second period of 1 year.

To re-appoint Les Newman for a second period of 1 year.

To re-appoint John Knight for a second period of 1 year.

To re-appoint Arnie Hattersley for a second period of 1 year.

To re-appoint Tony Kay for a second period of 1 year.

To re-appoint David Warnock for a second period of 1 year.

To re-appoint Nikki Lidster for a second period of 1 year.

To re-appoint Tony Bremner for a second period of 1 year.

To re-appoint Heidi Newman for a second period of 1 year.

To re-appoint David Pattimore for a second period of 1 year.

Nominations for the position of Trustee must be received by 12 July 2021. NB details of how to make a nomination are available from the Secretary.

4. Members proposed resolutions Details will be given once proposed resolutions are received. Proposed resolutions should be sent to the Secretary by noon 14 days prior to the date of the meeting. A revised agenda will be issued by 7 days prior to the meeting.

5. Any other business Any items of business to be discussed at the meeting must be communicated in writing to the Secretary, at least 7 days before the date of the meeting. This will allow appropriate consideration by the Trustees before the matter is dealt with at the AGM.
